11/26/2025Lunazul Reposado is a simple, budget-friendly repo that leans heavily on vanilla, pepper, and light oak, with very little agave showing through. The nose often comes off soapy or lemony, with hints of vanilla, anise, and alcohol. On the palate it’s peppery, slightly bitter, lightly sweet, and sometimes a bit astringent. The agave shows up mostly at the very end, and the finish is short and dry. Not a great sipper, but works fine as a cheap mixer.
