This unaged Tequila Blanco is created using 100% Blue Weber agave. It delivers a perfectly smooth and balanced taste that you can enjoy neat, shaken over ice, or in your favorite cocktail.

Espolòn Blanco is a solid cheap workhorse more than a sipping gem. On the nose you get citrus, a bit of vanilla sweetness and herbal/vegetal notes, but also a noticeable whiff of alcohol. The palate has clear cooked agave, light pepper and some fruity touches (sour apple, pineapple), yet it stays pretty thin and can turn a bit rough or chemical on the finish. Where it really shines is value: it’s easy to find, 100% agave, and works great in margaritas or shots for a crowd, even if it’s not something I’d reach for when I want to sip neat.

An iconic Mexican cocktail, both light, sparkling, and pleasantly tangy.
